Networkfourchange is a project actively engaging the hard to reach individuals and offering a chance for change. Through our project we set out to positively reach young offenders and vulnerable adults, replacing the message that they hold of society having little or nothing to offer them other than a life of poverty benefits or crime, for a one with hope for a better future.

Our step-by-step mentoring programme helps participants begin their partnerships and journey of support, advice and guidance. We look for every individual to find some degree of personal change and steps forward towards their journeys of discovery. Our Mentoring support is offered to every young person we engage as we look to support there training, learning and development and is an increasingly popular tool for supporting each individuals personal development especially those who have been marginalised, or are finding life tough through a variety situations such as; stress, substance miss-use, offending behaviour and other effecting situations.
